Let keep rolling with DIY artwork, shall we?
Lydia, a friend of mine, posted some swell DIY artwork on her blog, la vida lauer, and I had to share it with you. It is so simple, yet such a great idea.
In Lydia’s own words…
“…I quickly got to work and wrote down some of my favorite cities, then onto favorite parks and favorite places to eat. It was a simple and a fun exercise, I am very happy with the end result. I encourage you to try this out if you have an empty frame or a bare wall.”
And here’s the results…
I love how authentic, real and honest these “prints” look. And talk about a personal and meaningful piece of art. LOVE!

Aw, I really, really like this! Scott and I always talk about the day we leave Chicago (to finally be able to afford a whole house!), and this would be a great DIY project to tackle and remember this amazing city.
