Weekends are very sacred and precious to me. My life is full of chaos. And I like it like that. When I have nothing to do, it’s really hard for me to relax. Like really hard. Which is rather frustrating, because I love to read but reading means doing “nothing” and I have a hard time with that. I think that’s why I married Kyle. He is very easy going and laid back and he grounds me. I’d be a mess without some stillness in my life.
I’m grateful for weekends because I get to kick up my heels and see the people I love. These are the things that I’m thankful for this weekend…it’s the small things!
Time with Kyle.
Breakfast out with my pals – I loooove breakfast goodies.
A walk with my Momma. The best and so good for my soul. Love you Mom.
Our new carpet. It’s in. It’s set to be installed tomorrow. I hope I like it.
Coffee and sunshine on the deck in the morning .
Sleeping in.
Reading the Sunday newspaper (and the ads too).
Farmer’s Market goods
What are you grateful for this weekend?

I live for the weekends too Kir! This weekend I am grateful for wine tasting with old friends, new sod in the front yard and celebrating a baby on the way for a best friend!
Have a great weekend!
