Home Tour on Re-Nest!
Friends!
Update: the link is live!
Today, Leela Cyd’s home tour of our little abode will be featured on Apartment Therapy’s re-nest. I’m excited, but also a little scared. You see, people who love to decorate like me never consider any one room “finished” – there’s always another accessory to find, a piece of furniture to paint, or a tabletop to reinvent. It’s a constant work in progress, so please keep that in mind:). Overall, I try do a lot, with a little.
Leela was kind enough to share a sneak-peak photo with me of our dining room…the rest of the tour can be seen here.
Leela’s a talented and fabulous photographer, and I’m grateful for all the lovely images she captured. I’m also thankful for the opportunity to be featured on such a wonderful website, amongst such fun homes and pretty photos.
As for tomorrow, I have a fun paint project to share with you. Happy hump day!

The Tour came out fabulous! She did such a great job.
Love house tours. How exciting for you. Your home is so pretty.
congratulations with the article! Thats how I found your blog. Really nice.
Love the clean, crisp and fresh style you have captured perfectly. Reminds me of the rooms Rose Tarlow of Melrose Place creates.
Congratulations! I’ve been waiting to see this since you posted about AT coming to shoot your home!
One of the BEST tours I’ve seen on Re-nest! Truly inspirational and achievable – at least you make me feel I can achieve it
Thank you for opening your home for us to take a peek. I am new to your site, but will be returning for more!

Love the Apt Therapy tour. Where did you find the window mirror above your mantle?
Hi Chris! I actually found the mirror on craigslist and i think its pretty old. Sorry I don’t have more sourcing info for you. They do have similar ones at Pottery Barn and Ballard Designs. Good luck:)!
Hi! Love your kitchen! Do you remember the paint color by any chance?? Thank you!!
I do! The color is rockport grey by benjamin moore – we love it:)!
