We still heart our kitchen and have Rejuvenation to thank for our lovely lights! Every time I glance at our “before” photos I can’t believe that was actually our kitchen just a few years ago - I am so glad the stained terracotta tile and creaky cabinets are not in our life anymore. Hallelujah!

Also, while we’re chatting about Rejuvenation, YOLO Colorhouse and Rejuvenation have partnered together for a spring-spiration event on Feb. 16  at 6 p.m. at the Portland Rejuvenation store. This co-hosted event is meant to educate and inspire homeowners and DIY enthusiasts  – you’ll also get a sneak peak of new products too!

Rejuvenation Merchandising Manager, Wendy Neely will lead a discussion about the detailed process of lighting reproduction, including visuals of prototypes and catalogue images of the original light created over a hundred years ago. Then, YOLO Colorhouse co-founder Janie Lowe will follow with a presentation about YOLO Colorhouse’s 2012 color trends. Lowe will discuss YOLO’s process of predicting and identifying trend palettes, and how trend predictions fit into the world of architectural color.

Rejuvenation is having its twice a year warehouse sale this weekend. There’s going to be lots of fabulous items, at can’t-pass-up prices.

If any of you ever visit Portland (which I highly reccomend!), you must stop by Rejuvenation. It rivals Jayson Home & Garden and has the best mix of the old and new. It seems to get better and better ever year and because there is a large section full of “picked” goods, you never know what you might find.
